Return Policy for Thani Parts - Qatar 

At Thani Parts, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Our return policy is designed to ensure a smooth and hassle-free return process for our customers in Qatar.

Eligibility for Returns:

Items must be returned within 3 days from the date of delivery.

Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tags intact.

A valid proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required for all returns.

Non-returnable items include:

Electrical components once installed.

Custom-ordered or specially requested parts.

Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase.

Return Process:

Request a Return:

Contact our customer service team during working hours (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Saturday to Thursday) via phone, App or email to initiate a return.

Provide the order number, item details, and reason for the return.

Return Approval:

Our team will review the request and provide approval instructions if the return meets the eligibility criteria.

Return Shipping:

For approved returns, customers can:

Drop off the item at our designated return location, or

Opt for return pickup service (charges may apply based on location).

Inspection and Refund:

Returned items will undergo a quality inspection.

Upon successful inspection, a refund will be processed:

Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 7-14 working days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of incorrect or defective items delivered by Thani Parts.

Exchange Policy:

Items eligible for return may also be exchanged for a similar product of equal value.

Exchange requests follow the same process as returns.

Defective or Incorrect Items:

Customers must report defective or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery.

Thani Parts will arrange for replacement or refund at no extra cost after verification.

Important Notes:

Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or handling are not eligible for return or refund.

Thani Parts reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with the above conditions.
