Shipping Policy for Thani Parts - Qatar Location

Working Hours:

Thani Parts operates from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, Saturday to Thursday.

No operations will take place on Fridays.

Shipping Options:
Thani Parts offers two shipping options for spare parts delivery:

1. Normal Delivery:

Delivery Timeframe: Within 1-2 working days from the date of order placement.

Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 4:00 PM will be processed the same day; orders after 4:00 PM will be processed the next working day.

Charges: Normal delivery charges apply based on the location within Qatar.

Delivery Hours: Between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM.

Additional Notes:

For areas outside major cities, delivery times may extend by 1-2 working days.

Tracking information will be provided via Mobile Application or Website.

2. Express Delivery:

Delivery Timeframe: Same-day delivery for orders placed before 2:00 PM.

Charges: Additional express delivery charges apply.

Delivery Hours: Between 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM.

Additional Notes:

Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be delivered the next working day under the express option.

Express delivery is available only within major city limits in Qatar.

General Terms for Shipping:

Delivery is subject to product availability and successful payment confirmation.

Thani Parts will make reasonable efforts to deliver orders within the specified timelines; however, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

Customers will be notified promptly in case of any delays.

Customers are required to ensure accurate delivery addresses, Building Number, Zone Number, Street Number and contact details at the time of order placement.
